Job Description
KBA Global, Chitwan is looking for a dedicated and experienced IELTS & PTE Instructor to join our academic team. If you are passionate about teaching and helping students achieve their language proficiency goals, we encourage you to apply.
Position: IELTS & PTE Instructor
Location: Narayangadh, Chitwan (KBA Global Chitwan Office)
Working Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Full-time)
Salary: NPR 35,000-50,000 (based on experience) + performance bonus
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality IELTS and PTE preparation classes following institute standards
• Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and mock tests
• Guide students in improving language skills and test-taking strategies
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback
• Foster a positive, motivating, and student-friendly learning environment
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of IELTS/PTE teaching experience
• Strong command of English (spoken and written)
• Valid IELTS/PTE score (Band 8 or above preferred)
• In-depth knowledge of IELTS & PTE formats, scoring, and preparation techniques
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
