Position: Area Manager
Location: Pokhara

Job Description:
Deliver excellent customer service and train staff while maintaining strong business relationships
Ensure store safety, cleanliness, stock management, and smooth daily operations
Maintain high standards of store appearance and staff presentation
Achieve sales targets, control costs, and monitor store performance
Manage stock availability, deliveries and minimize wastage and shrinkage
Monitor financial performance and manage budgets effectively
Lead, train and supervise staff with clear performance targets
Ensure compliance with HSSE policies for a safe work environment
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Strong communication skills (Nepali & English)
Good leadership and team management ability
Customer-focused with professional presentation
Basic knowledge of sales, budgets, and P&L
Good organizational and time management skills
Note: Candidate will be responsible for overseeing operations across 9 stores
