Location: Lalitpur

Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications or related Field.
At least 2 years in Content creation and public speaking (Medial/Healthcare industry is a plus)

Job Description

Plan, produce, and execute podcast episodes using our in-house studio setup.
Act as a showrunner for the podcast program, overseeing content flow, schedules, and production quality.
Host and appear on camera with confidence, delivering engaging and authentic storytelling.
Create compelling audio and video content that connects with and grows our audience.
Manage end-to-end podcast production, including ideation, recording, and coordination.
Manage with audiences through strong communication, clear narration, and on-camera presence.
Bring a creative mindset to develop fresh formats, stories, and content ideas.
Stay organized and efficiently manage multiple episodes or content projects simultaneously.
Track and analyze content performance to improve engagement and strategies.

Required Competencies & Skill

Confident & Camera-friendly – Able to create clear and engaging content with a captivating attitude and confidence while speaking on camera.
Creativity- Creative mindset with the ability to think on your feet.
Time Management & Organization – Ability to manage multiple episodes or projects at once, also meet deadlines, and maintain a consistent content schedule.
Communication & Collaboration ‒ Ability to efficiently communicate and collaborate with other departments to create results that align with long term company goals
