Job Description
Position: Manager-Logistics
Location: Sanepa, Lalitpur
Key Responsibilities:
Manage vehicle release from customs and border points
Handle completed customs documentation and clearance process
Arrange and manage vehicle insurance and claims
Oversee vehicle registration with transport authorities
Manage ownership transfer process for customers
Ensure compliance with government rules and legal requirements
Maintain accurate logistics and vehicle documentation records
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, finance, warehouse)
Liaise with external teams (sales, finance, warehouse)
Liaise with external parties (customs agents, insurance companies, transport office)
Monitor logistics operations and resolve delays/issues efficiently
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
9 years above of experience in automobile logistics or related field
Strong knowledge of customs clearance, vehicle registration, and insurance processes
Good communication and coordination skills
Familiarity with government procedures and documentation
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadline
