Job Description
Position: Field Supervisor
No of Vacancy: 1
Workstation: Rautahat
Eligibility:
Bachelor’s degree in public Health, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in community-based programs (public health or development sector preferred)
Experience working with community health workers, such as FCHVs or similar community structures
Experience in TB or infectious disease programs will be an added advantage
Strong skills in field supervision and coordination of community-level activities
Experience in coordinating with health facilities, local stakeholders, and community groups
Basic skills in data collection, reporting and documentation
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to mentor and support field staff (Community Mobilizers)
Willingness to travel frequently within project areas
Strong problem solving, time management, and organizational skills
Commitment to ethical standards, accountability, and inclusive community engagement
