Job Description

Position: Project Coordinator
No of Vacancy: 1
Workstation: Rautahat

Eligibility:

Bachelor’s degree in public Health, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field
Master’s degree will be an added advantage
Minimum 5 years of experience in project coordination or management in public health, community development or related sectors
Experience working with government health systems, local governments and community-based organizations
Experience in TB or infectious disease programs will be an added advantage
Proven experience in supervising teams and coordinating multi-stakeholder programs
Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple project activities and meet deadlines
Good problem-solving and decision making abilities
Experience in monitoring, reporting , and documenting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Commitment to accountability, transparency, and ethical standards
Sensitivity to gender, social inclusion, and vulnerable populations
