Position: Customer Retention Executive
Job Level: Entry

Qualification: SLC Passed/ +2 Completed

Working Hours: 9:30AM – 5:30PM

Skills and Knowledge:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in customer service will be an added advantage
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Ensure customer retention through proactive engagement and relationship management
Follow up with customers for service renewal and device recovery
Provide accurate information regarding products and services
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints efficiently
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues in a timely manner
