Job Description

Position: Interpersonal Communication (IPC) Representative
Contractual, yearly contract with possibility of extension
Location: Butwal (with frequent field visits)
No. of Vacancies: 1

Key Responsibilities:

Implement a demand generation strategy to:
Asses and meet community needs
Raise client awareness and increase service product uptake
Strengthen SPN brand loyalty
Regular visits to key stakeholders and referral district

Requirements:

Minimum education: +2 qualification (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
At least 1 year of experience in:
Demand generation or sales )Preferably in sexual and reproductive health)
Community engagement and mobilizing local staff
Coordinating with government or key stakeholders
Valid two-wheeler driving license required (Mandatory)
