Job Description
Position: Human Resource Manager
Location: Satdobato, Lalitpur
Job Description:
Develop and implement HR polices aligned with business goals; partner with CEO to drive performance, accountability, and fairness
Lead end-to-end recruitment across stores, HO and leadership roles; ensure timely manpower planning and reduce attrition
Implement KPI-based performance management, appraisals, discipline, and attendance systems
Manage role-based salaries, performance-linked incentives, and recognition programs; ensure fairness and motivation
Define career paths, succession plans, and training programs to build staff capabilities
Ensure compliance with labor laws, handle grievances, and maintain healthy employee relations
Submit daily and weekly HR reports; present progress in CEO review meetings
Deliverables; reduced attrition, timely hiring, strong performance management, high employee engagement and scalable HR systems
Qualification:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Management, or related field
2-3 years HR experience, preferably in related, FMCG or multi-location organizations
Experience in performance management, manpower planning, and HR policy implementation
Strong leadership, communication, and execution skills
