Job Description
Develop and Implement sales plan and meet monthly sales target.
Ensure timely response to new service installations and troubleshoot requests.
Meet operations/logistics targets based branches to ensure uninterrupted delivery of Field Services.
Ensure prompt response and effective customer service to customers, both in the field and those visiting the branch offices.
Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly.
Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
Responsible for overall operations of the branches including sales, customer services, human resources, and administration.
Other Specification
Minimum 2 years of experience in Supervisory role with at least Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
Must be willing to relocate outside valley and extensive field visits.
Proven Record of leading and coaching a team to achieve targets.
Working Knowledge of sales, admin and finance in a branch setting will be an added advantage.
Mature, self-motivated and result driven attitude.
Strong oral and written communication. Strong Customer Service Skills.
Should be able to work under pressure and during odd hours.
