Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Manager – Recovery to lead and strengthen our recovery operations. The role is responsible for managing recovery strategies, overseeing teams, minimizing delinquency, and ensuring effective portfolio performance in line with company policies and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage recovery operations across assigned portfolios
- Develop and implement effective recovery strategies to reduce NPA
- Monitor delinquency trends and take corrective actions proactively
- Coordinate with field, legal, and operations teams for efficient recovery
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Prepare and present recovery performance reports to management
- Coach and develop recovery team members to improve productivity
Job Specification
- 4–6 years of experience in a financial institution, preferably in recovery, collections, or credit operations
- Proven experience in managing recovery teams and portfolios
- Strong understanding of loan recovery processes and risk management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in management, Finance, Business, or related field (master’s preferred)
