Position: Finance and Accounts Manager
Location: Kathmandu

Job Purpose:

Lead and manage the finance and accounting function to ensure accurate financial reporting , strong internal controls, compliant tax and regulatory filings, effective cash flow management, and strategic financial planning to support business objectives

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee month-end and year-end close, prepare accurate financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) and management reports
Coordinate and support statutory and internal audits, tax and regulatory compliance
Supervise, mentor and develop the finance and accounting team, allocate tasks and review outputs for accuracy and timeliness

Eligibility Criteria:

Applicants must have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience post CA/ACCA Certification
Strong MS Office proficiency with emphasis on Excel
Proficiency on ERP software
