Job specification:
This position ensures the efficient daily operation of the banking facility, including product sales, customer service, lending, compliance, security and safety in accordance with the Bank’s objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Management or equivalent from recognized University with minimum 2nd division and above.
Experience:
Senior Officer: Candidate must have at least 6 years of experience in banking sector (Commercial or National Level Development Bank) with 4 years of experience in related job function.
Officer: Candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in banking sector (Commercial or National Level Development Bank) with 3 years of experience in related job function.
Junior Officer: Candidate must have at least 4 years of experience in banking sector (Commercial or National Level Development Bank) with 2 year of experience in related job function.
Supervisor: Candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in banking sector (Commercial or National Level Development Bank) with 2 year of experience in related job function.
Age Criteria:
Officer Level: Age not less than 21 years and not exceeding 40 years as of vacancy deadline.
Assistant Level: Age not less than 18 years and not exceeding 35 years as of vacancy deadline.
