Call for Applications for the Post of Vice Chancellor
This notice has been published to inform all concerned that applications are invited for appointment to the vacant positions of Vice Chancellor at the following institutions:
- Patan Academy of Health Sciences (PAHS), Lalitpur
- Pokhara Academy of Health Sciences, Pokhara
- Karnali Academy of Health Sciences, Jumla
- B.P. Koirala Institute of Health Sciences, Dharan
The applications are to recommend suitable candidates to the respective university Chancellor, in accordance with the provisions stated in the Act of each health science institution and based on the Standards for Appointment and Nomination of Officials and Members of Public Institutions under the Ministry of Health and Population, 2073, available on the Ministry’s official website: https://mohp.gov.np
Interested and eligible candidates are required to submit their application within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of this notice (or on the next working day in case the final day falls on a public holiday) to the Secretariat of the Recommendation Committee at the Policy, Planning and Monitoring Division, Ministry of Health and Population, Ramshahpath, Kathmandu.
Required Documents to be Submitted with the Application
In addition to the qualifications and experience outlined in the Standards for Appointment and Nomination of Officials and Members of Public Institutions under the Ministry of Health and Population, 2073, applicants must submit the following:
- A formal application
- A sealed professional work plan prepared to effectively operate the concerned institution
