Bijeshwori Gyanmandir Sainik Mahavidyalaya, Bijeshwori-15, Kathmandu (Operated by Nepal Army Welfare Fund under the coordination of the Nepal Army Wives Association) Vacancy Notice.

This notice has been published to invite applications from qualified Nepali citizens for the following teaching positions that are currently vacant at Bijeshwori Gyanmandir Sainik Mahavidyalaya. Applicants must submit their applications along with all academic certificates to the college no later than office hours on 2082/01/28.

Application forms can be obtained from the Principal's Office (except on public holidays) by paying the prescribed fee or can be downloaded from the website: www.bgmsm.edu.np.

 

Preference will be given to candidates who:

• Have passed with First Division

• Are more qualified and experienced

• Have strong English language skills

• Possess a valid teaching license

1. Position: Teacher (Full-time Contract)

• Subject: Nepali

• Number of Positions: 1

• Minimum Qualification:

  • 10+2 or Proficiency Certificate Level in the related subject from a recognized institution

• Age: Must be between 18 and 45 years

• Preferred Qualification:

  • First Division

  • More qualified and experienced

  • Possession of a teaching license

  • Priority given to such candidates

2. Position: Teacher (Full-time Contract)

• Subject: English

• Number of Positions: 2

• Minimum Qualification:

  • At least 50% marks or 2.40 GPA in the related subject at 10+2 or Proficiency Certificate Level from a recognized institution

• Age: Must be between 18 and 45 years

• Preferred Qualification:

  • First Division

  • More qualified and experienced

  • Proficiency in English

  • Possession of a teaching license

3. Position: Teacher (Full-time Contract)

• Subject: Science

• Number of Positions: 1

• Same qualifications and age criteria as above

4. Position: Teacher (Full-time Contract)

• Subject: Mathematics

• Number of Positions: 1

• Same qualifications and age criteria as above

5. Position: G.T. (Grade Teacher – Full-time Contract)

• Subject: Nepali

• Number of Positions: 1

• Minimum Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related subject from Tribhuvan University or a recognized university

  • At least 50% marks or 2.40 GPA

• Age: Must be between 18 and 45 years

• Preferred Qualification:

  • First Division

  • More qualified and experienced

  • Possession of a teaching license

6. Position: Teacher (Full-time Contract)

• Subject: Social Studies

• Number of Positions: 1

• Same qualifications and age criteria as for the G.T. post

7. Position: Teacher (Full-time Contract)

• Subject: Mathematics

• Number of Positions: 1

• Same qualifications and age criteria as for the G.T. post

Required Documents

 

Applicants must submit certified copies of the following documents with their application:

• Curriculum Vitae (CV)

• Copy of Nepali citizenship certificate

• Copies of academic certificates from all levels

• Copies of experience, training, and other relevant certificates

• A health certificate from a government-recognized hospital

• Two recent passport-size photographs

Application Fee

• NPR 400 for Teacher / Grade Teacher / Assistant Teacher

• NPR 1,000 for Grade Teacher (G.T.)

Deposit the required fee through eSewa by searching “Vacancy Bijeshwori Gyan Mandir Sainik Mahavidyalaya” in the app and submitting the payment. Print the payment slip and present it when collecting the application form.

 

Selection Process

• Shortlisting based on qualifications and experience

• Written test

• Practical exam (Class Demonstration)

• Interview

Medium of Examination: Nepali or English, as per requirement
