- Designing promotional strategy and inputs for existing and new products
- Planning and proposing new products
- Market analysis
- Conducting Cycle meetings
- Organizing various activities CMEs, conference, camps
- Field visits for customers and performance analysis
- Training to field force
- Preparation of the reports
- Monitoring and follow up of implementation plan with further modalities
Job Specification
- B. Pharm with MBA/Pharm D/M. Pharm
- 1-2 yrs of experience in any field of pharmacy would be preferable
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Good knowledge in Ms-Office (Word, Ppt, Excel)
- Willing to travel all over Nepal
