Job Description
  • Act as a contact between the company and its existing and potential markets.
  • Gather market and client information Find and assess the clients who wish to save/invest money or take services from the company.
  • Collection of revenue in the form of cash/cheque.
  • Present and promote various schemes of the company to the potential clients.
  • Follow-up for collection of payment .
  • Maintain daily collection register at the end of every working day.
  • Serve customers by completing account transactions.
  • Accept payments and deposits from new and existing customers.
  • Count and disburse cash for deposits and withdrawals.
  • Open new accounts for new and existing customers.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal controls and established policies and procedures, in order to guarantee transparency in every transaction held.
  • Maintaining several accounts records (e.g. journal, ledger, and balance sheet).
  • Maintain detailed records on the transactions executed daily and organize all paperwork.
  • Reconcile cash drawer by proving cash transactions, counting and packaging cash and coins and reporting to the Supervisor.
  • Maintain customer confidence and protect cooperative operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Note: Candidates from Boudha, Jorpati, Kapan and Chabahil area are highly preferred.
