  • Manage Kitchen Staff (schedules, assign duties, train new staff and motivate)
  • Maintain monthly inventory of food supplies and kitchen equipments
  • Manage culinary and labor cost

  • Develop new recipes for special events
  • Supervise food preparation, cooking and presentation while maintaining hygiene and safety standards
