Job Description
- Conducting assessments to determine the needs and preferences of units
- Developing individualized placement plans based on assessment findings
- Collaborating with unit HRs and unit managers and college representatives to facilitate the placement process
- Researching and identifying suitable colleges or facilities for placement
- Coordinating intake procedures and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed
- Monitoring the progress of placements and making adjustments as needed
- Providing support and guidance to units and interns throughout the placement process
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of placements and requirement progress
