Job Description
The Front Desk Officer will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, students, and parents at Access Education Centre. This role involves providing excellent customer service, managing administrative tasks, and supporting the daily operations of the office to ensure smooth coordination among students, staff, and counselors.
Key Responsibilities:
Visitor and Client Interaction
- Greet and welcome visitors, students, and parents in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide accurate information regarding consultancy services and study destinations.
- Direct inquiries to the appropriate department or counselor as needed.
Administrative Support
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for counselors and management.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and handle basic filing and data entry tasks.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure timely follow-up where required.
Office Organization
- Keep the front desk area neat, organized, and presentable to create a positive impression.
- Ensure availability of office supplies and coordinate with vendors when needed.
Coordination
- Act as a liaison between visitors, staff, and counselors to ensure effective internal communication.
- Support the team in day-to-day administrative and coordination activities.
Record Keeping
- Assist in maintaining and updating student records, application data, and CRM systems.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all records and information.
Event Support
- Provide logistical and administrative assistance during education fairs, seminars, and promotional events.
- Help prepare event materials and coordinate communication with participants.

Job Specification
- Education: Minimum +2; Bachelor’s degree in Management or related field preferred.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Nepali.
- Customer Service: Friendly, welcoming, and professional demeanor with a positive attitude.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer operations.
- Proactiveness: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.
