Job Description
Education Tree is looking for a motivated and creative Telecaller cum Content Creator to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with clients and creating simple content for social media and promotional purposes. Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with students and clients professionally
- Provide information about services and answer basic inquiries
- Maintain proper records of calls and follow-ups
- Create simple content for Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms
- Assist in promotional and marketing activities
- Coordinate with the team for daily tasks
Job Specification
- Minimum +2 completed or Bachelor’s running/completed
- Good communication skills in Nepali and basic English
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms
- Creative mindset and willingness to learn
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
