Position Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives, enhance brand visibility, and drive customer engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing marketing campaigns, conducting market analysis, and overseeing brand positioning. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and business growth.
- Implementation of the sales & marketing campaigns right from ideation to final analysis and refinement
- Collaborate with teams for integrated campaigns
- Managing the department’s provided financial resources and keeping a record of it
- Building sustainable relationships and partnerships with other key players such as vendors, advertising agencies, etc, and liaising with them whenever possible.
- Preparing and overseeing all kinds of marketing collaterals like brochures, booklets, letterheads, etc.
- Performing sales activities like telemarketing, cold calling, counseling, SMS Marketing, etc.
- Analyzing market trends and developing strategic plans to align departmental goals with market dynamics.
Job Specification
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A certification in Digital Marketing is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years in marketing & sales roles.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in market research, campaign management, and digital marketing tools. ● Soft Skills: Strong leadership, strategic thinking, communication, and creativity.
