We are looking for a creative and customer-focused Interior Designer to lead residential interior design projects from the initial client consultation through design finalization and order booking. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, practical site experience, and the ability to develop functional, aesthetically appealing solutions within the client’s requirements and budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead assigned residential interior design projects from the initial customer meeting through order booking and final design approval.
- Understand customer requirements, preferences, lifestyle, and budget to develop suitable design solutions.
- Prepare detailed interior designs, quotations, layouts, and production drawings for manufacturing and installation.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Ensure proposed designs are practical, functional, aesthetically appealing, and suitable for on-site installation.
- Manage and prioritize multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and project TAT.
- Review and finalize designs based on customer feedback and project requirements.
- Present and communicate design concepts, solutions, and pricing clearly and professionally.
- Monitor project progress and contribute to maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Analyze sales reports, project turnaround time (TAT), and customer satisfaction to improve project performance.
- Coordinate with site and production teams to minimize installation-related challenges.
