Job Description
- Act as the face of OPPO at retail points to promote products and create positive brand experiences.
- Approach, interact, and engage customers to explain product features and benefits.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets assigned for the respective outlet.
- Assist customers in product selection and handle queries effectively.
- Ensure proper product display, branding materials, and cleanliness at the outlet.
- Collect customer feedback and report competitor activities to supervisors.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
- Support in-store promotional activities, events, and campaigns as directed.
Job Specification
- Minimum: +2 (Intermediate) completed; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 6 months–1 year in sales, retail, or brand promotion (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for mobile technology and gadgets.
- Target-driven, energetic, and customer-focused.
- Ability to work under pressure and flexible with working hours.
