Job Description
Apollo Education Center is seeking a qualified and passionate English Language Instructor with a focus on IELTS preparation. The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background in English and the ability to effectively train students for IELTS examinations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct IELTS preparation classes (Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking).
- Develop lesson plans and teaching materials tailored to student needs.
- Assess students’ performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Guide students on test strategies, time management, and exam techniques.
- Monitor student progress and maintain academic records.
- Create an engaging and supportive learning environment.
- Stay updated with IELTS trends and teaching methodologies.
Job Specification
- Master’s Degree in English (preferred).
- Bachelor’s Degree in English or related field (minimum requirement).
- Prior experience teaching IELTS or English language courses.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle early morning classes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- IELTS certification with a high band score.
- Previous experience in a similar educational institute.
- Strong classroom management skills.
