Job Description
Nepal Organic Foodland is seeking motivated and customer-friendly waiters to join our team. The ideal candidates will ensure a pleasant dining experience for our guests by providing prompt and courteous service, while maintaining the high standards of our organic food offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests with menu selections, explaining dishes and ingredients.
Take and serve orders efficiently and accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area.
Ensure proper handling and presentation of food and beverages.
Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest queries and requests.
Collaborate with kitchen and management staff to ensure smooth operations.
Job Specification
Gender: Female
Education: Minimum 12th grade in Hotel Management is a plus.
Experience: 1 year in a similar role preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team and under pressure
Knowledge of organic food and beverage service is a plus
