Job Description
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Handler to manage our online presence, create engaging content, and generate quality leads for our education consultancy services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and handle all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Create and publish daily content (graphics, videos, reels)
- Plan and execute content calendars
- Run and monitor paid ad campaigns
- Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries promptly
- Generate student leads through social media channels
- Coordinate with marketing and counselling teams
- Track performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of leads generated
- Engagement rate (likes, comments, shares)
- Follower growth
- Response time to inquiries
- Cost per lead (ads performance)
Job Specification
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree (Marketing/IT/Business preferred)
- Freshers with relevant skills are encouraged to apply
- 1–2 years of experience is an advantage
Experience
- Social media handling
- Content creation (Reels, Posts, Ads)
- Experience in education consultancy (preferred)
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram & TikTok marketing
- Content creation & copywriting skills
- Basic understanding of paid ads (Facebook Ads Manager)
