Job Description
- Plan, film, and edit engaging videos for marketing campaigns, product education, brand storytelling, tutorials, and events.
- Collaborate with the content team to concept and storyboard shoots aligned with brand goals.
- Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment during shoots—both in-studio and on- location (e.g., salons, events).
- Edit raw footage into polished final videos using industry-standard software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
- Optimize content for different platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube, website, etc.).
- Maintain an organized library of raw and edited content.
- Ensure visual consistency and branding across all video output.
- Stay up to date on trends in beauty and video content creation to keep content fresh and relevant.
Job Specification
- 1-2+ years of experience in videography and video editing, preferably in the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industry.
- Strong portfolio of social-first video content and branded storytelling.
- Proficiency with editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
- Skilled in lighting, audio, and camera operation
- Passion for beauty trends and working with stylists, models, and creative talent.
- Strong time management, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative while staying on brand.
