Job Description
  • Provide courteous and professional service at all times, ensuring guest satisfaction and a positive experience.
  • Foster and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and all other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Fully understand and comply with hotel policies related to fire safety, hygiene, health, and general safety standards.
  • Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times, reflecting the professionalism of the hotel.
  • Be thoroughly familiar with the hotel’s employee handbook and adhere to all guidelines and regulations outlined within.
  • Remain well-informed about the hotel’s services and facilities to effectively assist guests and support other departments.
  • Exhibit strong leadership and people management skills, promoting teamwork and staff development.
  • Report for duty punctually and in proper uniform or attire as required by hotel standards.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities as reasonably assigned by management.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate, divisional, and departmental policies and procedures across all levels.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments, fostering excellent inter-departmental relationships while respecting their policies and procedures.
  • Effectively delegate authority and responsibilities to subordinates while maintaining ultimate accountability for job responsibilities.
Job Specification
  • Education: Fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management (BHM) and a positive mindset are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Interpersonal Abilities: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the hospitality industry and current market trends.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and IDS (Hotel Management) systems.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in multiple languages is an added advantage.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
