Job Description
- Assist in the installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware, software, andnetwork equipment.
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users for hardware and software issues.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity problems.
- Maintain and update IT inventory records for hardware and software.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of ERP systems and other industrial software.
- Participate in regular system backup and data recovery activities.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures.
- Document technical issues and their resolutions on regular basis.
Job Specification
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of ERP systems (preferred).
Preferred Skills:
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, VLANs, IP-Sec VPN, Mesh -Wi-Fi).
- Understanding of basic cybersecurity principles.
