Job Description
- Installation and after-sales service of color bank equipment including software loading and system setup.
- Repairing and maintenance of X-Press painting tools and other related devices.
- Ensure timely support, troubleshooting, and technical service to clients.
- Provide training or guidance to end-users if necessary.
- Maintain service logs and customer reports.
- Support internal technical upgrades and documentation.
- Frequent travel required for onsite servicing.
- Field-based role with occasional in-house assignments.
- Must be available for urgent service calls.
Job Specification
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics Engineering or related technical field.
- 2 to 3 years of hands-on servicing experience.
- Preferred industry: Paints industry.
- Acceptable alternative industries: battery servicing, mobile tower maintenance, generator servicing, AC servicing, water or coffee vending machine servicing, ATM servicing.
- Proficient knowledge in computer software and hardware.
- Understanding of equipment installation and configuration.
- Basic knowledge of diagnostic tools and service equipment.
- Valid driving license.
- Ownership of personal two-wheeler.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work in the field.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
