Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and qualified Counselor with a strong background in educational consultancy. The candidate must possess excellent counseling, communication, and student guidance skills. The role requires handling student inquiries, providing accurate guidance, and assisting students with admissions processes for various international education destinations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide counseling and career guidance to students seeking higher education abroad.
Evaluate students’ educational background, financial capacity, and career goals to recommend suitable programs and universities.
Guide students through the application, documentation, and visa processes.
Maintain updated knowledge of admission procedures, entry requirements, and policies of different universities/colleges.
Conduct one-on-one and group counseling sessions.
Handle student follow-ups and ensure a smooth admission process.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with students and parents.
Job Specification
Minimum 5 years of experience in student counseling (preferably in the education consultancy sector).
TITI Certificate (mandatory).
Bachelor’s degree or higher (Education, Psychology, or related field preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and student-handling abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and documentation.
