Job Description
A Reputed Consultancy is seeking a dedicated and experienced PTE/IELTS Instructor to join our academic team. The instructor will be responsible for preparing and delivering effective lessons, guiding students to achieve their target scores, and ensuring a supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct PTE and IELTS preparation classes (both Academic and General Training modules).
- Develop lesson plans, practice materials, and mock tests tailored to students’ proficiency levels.
- Provide individualized feedback and strategies for improving speaking, writing, reading, and listening skills.
- Monitor student progress, maintain records, and prepare periodic performance reports.
- Organize mock tests and provide detailed score analysis and feedback sessions.
- Stay updated with the latest exam patterns, scoring criteria, and test-taking strategies.
- Maintain discipline and motivation in the classroom to ensure effective learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with academic and counseling teams to support student goals and satisfaction.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in teaching IELTS or PTE preparation classes.
- Candidates with high IELTS band score (7.5 or above) or equivalent PTE score will be prioritized.
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
- Strong presentation and classroom management skills.
- Passionate about teaching and helping students achieve success.
- Familiar with computer-based testing systems (especially PTE).
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
