Job Description

Under the direct supervision of the Head of Field Office, the Programme Quality Support Officer will support the Head of Field Office. The incumbent will be responsible for representing UNDP in the region, building partnerships with UN Agencies, Civil Society Government of Nepal and Community based organizations. The incumbent will also support programmatic synergies between UNDP projects in the region, with a focus to ensuring efficiency and effectiveness by utilizing UNDP’s Quality Assurance principles. When needed the incumbent will be responsible for the provision of support services to UNDP Country Office and regional projects.

Job Specification
  • Proficient in use of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, email, etc);

  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Nepali is essential.
