Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Travel Sales Consultant to join our team and drive business growth. In this role, you will represent the company as the face of our brand, developing strong client relationships and implementing effective sales strategies to expand our client base and maximize revenue.
You will play a key role in identifying new market opportunities—particularly within the education sector (schools, colleges, and educational authorities), as well as corporate and B2B clients. This position requires strategic planning, client engagement, and market positioning to strengthen overall business performance and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the education, corporate, and B2B sectors.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business partnerships.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Prepare and present customized travel itineraries and packages based on client needs.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications using CRM tools.

Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or Marketing (preferred).
- Diploma or certification in Tourism Management, IATA, or Travel Sales (an advantage).
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in travel sales, tourism, or hospitality.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM software, and online booking systems.
- Excellent presentation skills with a confident and professional demeanor.
- Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify new market opportunities.
Additional Requirements:
- Candidates must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
