Job Description
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring marketing activities that enhance brand visibility, support business growth, and attract customers. The role requires strong communication skills, creativity, and the ability to handle digital and on-ground marketing tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing plans to promote products and services.
- Manage social media pages, content posting, and audience engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Assist in creating promotional materials, advertisements, and campaigns.
- Coordinate with sales teams to generate leads and support conversions.
- Organize and participate in events, promotions, and brand activations.
- Maintain marketing data, reports, and campaign performance metrics.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and vendors.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in marketing (Freshers with strong skills may apply).
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and basic content creation.
- Creative, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
