Job Description
Position: Sales Supervisor -On Trade
Location: Dharan
Duties & Responsibilities:
Build and grow strong relationships with pubs, restaurants, and hotels
Drive sales through consistent outlet coverage, visibility execution, and relationship manamgent
Plan and execute in-bar activations including tastings and promotions
Ensure timely order placement, pricing alignment, and follow-ups
Track outlet-wise performance and share actionable market insights
Coordinate with distributors for stock, delivery, and collections
Maintain high standards of brand visibility and POSM execution
Qualifications & Skills:
2-3 years of experience in Liquor, Beverage, or FMCG sales
Prior exposure to on-trade (bars, pubs, restaurants) preferred
Strong execution mindset and ability to manage multiple outlets
