Job Description

The friendly face and voice of the company, greeting visitors, answering phones, managing appointments, and providing general administrative support, ensuring a positive and efficient office environment.

Customer Service:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person or office.
  • Answer and screen phone calls, providing information and taking messages as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Administrative Support:

  • Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Maintain office records, files, and documents.
  • Sort and distribute mail and other correspondence.
  • Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as entering invoices and making bank deposits.

Office Management:
