Job Description

Measure and assemble ingredients for menu items.

Collaborate to prepare meals during our dining hours.

Maintain accurate food inventories.

Properly store food items at appropriate temperatures.

Rotate stock items as per established procedures.

Restock kitchen for subsequent shifts Ensure that the food prep area and kitchen are cleaned and sanitized at the end of your shift.
Job Specification

Minimum SLC or Intermediate.

Should have minimum 3 years of experience in star hotel (Good in Indian, Chinese and Continental food).

Should have pleasing personality and with a positive attitude.

Must have an ability to work in a team.

Must be diligent towards his/her work.

Must pay Special care to hygiene and cleanliness.
