Position: Counselor (Premium Job)

Job Description

      Counseling (60%):  

• Lead counseling of potential clients for admissions and student visa application process related to all target countries.
• Ensure dissemination of accurate, and timely information to potential applicants.
• Ensure increased conversion of visitors to contracted clients.
• Ensure clients’ cases are well managed in the CRM system.

       Application and Documentation (20%):

• Ensure proper, secure, and comprehensive storage, management, and analysis of visitor and applicant database.
• Ensure documentation of the highest quality standards.
• Lead the university/college application process of all target countries, and ensure applications of the highest quality standards.
• Lead the visa application process of all target countries, and ensure applications of the highest quality standards.

       Partnerships and Innovation (10%):

• Help maintain professional partnerships and working relationships with academic.
• institutions in target countries.
• Support the development and dissemination of high-quality and comprehensive communication materials and partnership proposals.
• Ensure compliance with the terms and conditions mentioned in all MoUs and agreements through and by the company.
• Support research and innovation to continuously improve the business process and business plans of the company.

       Human Resource Management (5%):

• Monitor and manage the work plan of the employees and interns assigned under this position’s supervision.

       Miscellaneous (5%):

• Carry out any other tasks assigned by the line manager.
• Regularly report progress to the line manager.

Job Specification

• Minimum 1 year in the student  visa application process, UK visa experience preffered.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Any relevant field.
• Proficiency in Spoken and Written English and Nepali.
• Female candidates from disadvantaged communities will be given priority in the selection process.
