Job Description
- Conducting classes and workshops to prepare students for the IELTS and PTE exams.
- Developing and implementing lesson plans and curriculum tailored to the needs of individual students or groups.
- Providing constructive feedback on students' writing, speaking, listening, and reading skills.
- Administering practice tests and accurately assessing students' progress.
- Identifying areas of improvement for students and devising strategies to address them.
- Keeping abreast of changes in the IELTS and PTE exam formats and ensuring course materials are up-to-date.
- Motivating and engaging students to maximize their learning outcomes.
- Collaborating with colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching methodologies.
- Participating in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
- Maintaining accurate records of student attendance, progress, and performance.
Job Specification
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or related field.
- Previous experience as an IELTS/PTE Instructor or English language teacher is highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of the IELTS and PTE exams, including test format, scoring criteria, and preparation strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of students.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching.
- Flexibility to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual learners.
- Proficiency in using technology for instructional purposes.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
