Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales & Marketing Executive to contribute to the execution of our marketing strategies and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT or business, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering results. This role involves both strategic planning and hands-on sales efforts, working closely with the marketing manager and other departments to promote the company’s services.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing:
- Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns
- Support the Marketing Manager in day-to-day departmental operations
- Organize and attend marketing events, exhibitions, and campaigns to increase brand awareness
- Plan and manage promotional and advertising activities across various media (social, print, etc.)
- Collaborate with vendors, partners, and stakeholders to ensure successful campaign execution
- Prepare and oversee marketing content creation and distribution
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities
- Assist in budget planning and expense tracking related to marketing activities
Sales & Business Development:
- Identify, plan, and manage leads for new business opportunities
- Devise and execute sales strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Lead a team focused on new business generation and network expansion
- Perform direct sales activities including client visits, cold calls, networking, and social outreach
- Provide after-sales support and maintain relationships with clients by offering guidance, solutions, and service enhancements
- Research and recommend improvements in services or customer experience based on feedback and market insights
Job Specification
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related field
- Strong understanding of both marketing strategy and sales operations
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Ability to lead teams and meet deadlines under pressure
- Two-wheeler vehicle and a valid driving license are compulsory
