Job Description
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Media Buyer (social media Buyer / PPC Specialist) to plan, execute, and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing budgets, targeting the right audiences, and maximizing ROI through data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital channels
Conduct audience research and develop effective targeting strategies
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for KPIs such as CPC, CTR, CPA, and ROI
Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, copies, and landing pages
Allocate and manage advertising budgets efficiently
Analyze data and generate performance reports with insights and recommendations
Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop engaging ad materials
Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising
Ensure proper tracking setup using tools like Google Analytics, Pixel, and conversion tracking
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in digital media buying / PPC / paid advertising
- Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics
- Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- Good knowledge of conversion tracking and pixel implementation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
