Job Description
The Service Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing Kitchen & Home appliances at customer sites or company facilities. The role requires strong technical skills, problem-solving ability, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of Kitchen Appliances & Home Appliances in assigned area.
- Diagnose technical problems and determine proper solutions.
- Respond promptly to service calls and troubleshoot issues on-site or remotely.
- Maintain accurate records of service reports, parts used, and customer interactions.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain service procedures, costs, and maintenance tips.
Job Specification
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic or relevant field.
- Proven experience as a service or maintenance technician (preferably [industry name]).
