Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing new business opportunities to support the company’s growth in the creative services sector.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and social media outreach.

Develop a strong understanding of T.W.B. Creatives’ service offerings to effectively communicate value propositions to prospective clients.

Set up meetings with potential clients and understand their business needs.

Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.

Collaborate with internal teams (design, marketing, strategy) to align client goals with creative solutions.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate client information and sales activity.

Provide post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention.
Job Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Proven track record in sales, preferably in the creative, advertising, or marketing industry.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
