Job Description
  • Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, cakes, and desserts according to recipes and customer preferences.
  • Develop and experiment with new recipes to enhance our bakery offerings.
  • Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of baked goods.
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and minimize waste.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment in compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Monitor baking processes, including oven temperatures, dough proofing, and mixing techniques.
  • Train and supervise junior bakers or assistants as needed.
  • Coordinate with other kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth operations.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and seasonal ingredients.
Job Specification
  • Proven experience as a Bakery Chef, Pastry Chef, or Baker.
  • Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
  • Creativity in designing and decorating pastries and cakes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to manage the kitchen staff and the team.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
