Chef (Chitwan, Bharatpur)

Antique Katti Roll (A_K_R) is seeking a skilled and energetic All-rounder chef responsible for preparing high-quality katti rolls and other menu items while maintaining hygiene, taste consistency, and kitchen efficiency. The ideal candidate should be versatile, fast, and capable of handling complete kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook katti rolls, fillings, sauces, and other menu items as per company standards
• Experienced in preparing Indian, Continental, and Nepali cuisines with strong knowledge of taste, presentation, and hygiene standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen, equipment, and workstations
• Monitor stock levels and inform management of inventory requirements
• Ensure proper storage of raw materials and cooked food
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
• Support in menu improvement and new item development
• Handle customer customization requests efficiently
• Work collaboratively with service staff for smooth operations

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a cook/chef (Fast food or roll experience preferred)
• Indian Continental and Nepali Dish Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Multi-tasking and time management skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in fast food outlets or roll preparation
• Basic knowledge of inventory management
• Training in culinary arts (added advantage)
