Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of professional food service experience and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will be responsible for managing a dedicated section, ensuring order accuracy, and coordinating with kitchen staff to provide seamless service.
Key Responsibilities
Greet guests, present menus, and manage seating flow to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
Accurately record food and drink orders using Point of Sale (POS) systems and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
Deliver meals and beverages promptly, ensuring correct presentation.
Clean and reset tables, maintain organized service stations, and perform side-work like polishing silverware.
Present bills, process cash or card payments accurately.
Inform guests of daily specials and recommend pairings to enhance their dining experience and increase revenue.
Monitor guest satisfaction through regular check-ins and professionally resolve any complaints or special requests.
Job Specification
Minimum of 1 year of proven work experience.
High school diploma or equivalent is typically required.
Proficiency with POS systems and basic math skills for accurate billing.
Strong verbal communication, active listening, and the ability to remain calm and professional under high pressure.

Availability to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
