About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead operations at our Boudha branch. The ideal candidate will have strong food and beverage knowledge, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to oversee all day-to-day functions of the restaurant. This role is crucial in ensuring excellent guest experiences, smooth operations, and a motivated team.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Oversight:
- Manage all aspects of daily restaurant operations, ensuring a high standard of service and guest satisfaction.
Team Leadership & HR:
- Recruit, train, and evaluate staff performance. Maintain team efficiency through proper guidance and motivation.
Inventory & Supply Management:
- Monitor inventory, order supplies, and maintain stock levels to meet demand without overstocking.
Cost Management:
- Track operating expenses and actively manage food and labor costs to meet budget goals.
Health & Safety Compliance:
- Ensure consistent adherence to all health, safety, and hygiene standards as per local regulations.
Policy Enforcement:
- Implement and uphold company policies and operational procedures across departments.
Customer Relations:
- Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring positive customer experiences.
Scheduling & Shift Management:
- Develop weekly staff schedules and ensure appropriate coverage during peak hours and holidays.
Interdepartmental Coordination:
- Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure food quality, timely service, and overall customer satisfaction.
Work Environment:

Job Specification
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management minimum 3 years preferred
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage teams effectively under pressure.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with inventory, POS systems, and scheduling software is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Nepali.
