Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Software Sales Officer to join our Business Development team. This role is ideal for a sales professional who has experience in software or IT solutions, particularly in CRM and HRMS technologies. You will be responsible for driving product sales, building long-term client relationships, and promoting digital solutions that transform how businesses operate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of CRM and HRMS software solutions across Nepal, focusing on enterprise and SME clients.
  • Identify potential customers and generate leads through strategic outreach, networking, and business research.
  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and consultations to understand client needs and propose suitable solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and pricing based on customer requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and business profitability.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to support renewals, upgrades, and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to enhance product positioning and sales strategy.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for management.

Preferred Experience

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in software sales, IT solutions, or related enterprise product sales.
  • Prior experience selling CRM, HRMS, or SaaS-based platforms is highly advantageous.

 

 

Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, Management, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven expertise in sales, communication, and client relationship management.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Good understanding of software products, preferably CRM, HRMS, ERP, or SaaS solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills in English and Nepali.
